Thanks for your tipps ... after trying a little bit i got my own wl.ko now :)
Problem was a ' instead of a ` in my make command ... *shame*
Now i got some Problems with the insmod command ......

Could you please give a instruction for n00bs - like me? :D Would be very nice ... thanks a lot.
