See I did read that before I posted but it says that the driver only does injection on a 2.4 version Kernel and BT3 uses a 2.6. So how do you get around that?

Well I got it all working now, in a way. I used gparted to create a primary fat partition and a primary ext2 partition. I have the BT3 and boot directories on the fat partition.
