if it was it did not work i had to install it its not that hard there is a guide on the aircrack-ng wiki site but it was doing the same thing to me and i did the install now it works fine maybe check...

ok do you have your adapter hooked up with one usb port or two i just got mine and it came with the single usb cable i installed the drivers and patch from aircrack-ng.org and im getting low power...
