What is the preferred way to create an image/clone of the install on my Linux Box?

I essentially want to have a live Backup with option to install from the DVD, of the BackTrack 5 Install once it...

ok, well after messing with this all day, I have concluded that there are too many errors popping up, so I re-installed BT5R3 without dual booting, and everything is up and running within 5 minutes...
