thanks! I knew I was forgetting something to do (format the partition)

I am trying to install BT3 on Virtual Box, on a virtual drive.

This is what I have done thus far:

bt ~ # fdisk /dev/sda

Unable to open /dev/sda
bt ~ # fdisk /dev/hda
Device contains...

or maybe something to do with iwconfig,ifconfig,wlanconfig ??????

I know i am "*** Missing working Linux wireless kernel extensions ***" , but I installed kernel.lzm, and I dont know what else to do

I did what was said to "fix Airpwn" located here:

and i get the following error:

I tried doing the following:

i am running vista and I had the same problem. I had the same problem after I changed
Slax\tools\WIN\mkisofs.exe

to

BT3\tools\WIN\mkisofs.exe

I kept getting a an error saying it "cant...
