I also noticed the lack of activity over there at rEFIt. I think it stopped working with USB since the last EFI Update for all Macs.

Alright, I was examinating the problem a little further by using a different USB Stick + a different Linux Distro ("Damn Small Linux") to see if the problem is coming from Backtrack3 or EFI/rEFIt.

I have to agree, rEFIt doesnt like booting Backtrack3 from USB.
I can only assume that the problem MAY be result from formatting the drive with FAT32 and therefore causes rEFIt to recognize it as a...
