According to the compatibility list the WGT511T it doesn't packet inject but I am sure I will get one that will.

I take it the IPW2200 is the same and doesn't have packet injection?

I also have an Orinoco classic Gold card that comes up as eth2 HermesI...

So does that mean no use for cracking WEP?

I boot up with the Lice CD, login and the run startx. When I go to a Konsole and type iwconfig it displau l0 and eth0 (I belive eth0 is my on board network card)

I am having the same issue but there are people on here saying that they have got it working but not saying how!

I have seen this an tried but according to the wireless compatibility is doesn't work with IPX2200!!!!!
