I am running BT3 through virtualbox with a NetGear WG11v2 Wireless USB, for sources in kismet.conf I put in source=rt8180,wlan0,RTL .

Then I ran kismet.conf and this is what I got...

Yah, when you first start up Kismet, you need to configure the kismet.conf file. So the part you have to configure is the source=idontknow,eth0,doesntmatter
