    Do you have a partitioned hard drive or a second hard drive? If you have a second hard drive, maybe there's a problem with the hard drive or just like others have said it, reinstall BT.

    First of all you would need to identify the type of router the victim is using. Afterwards, do some research on that router and if it has any open ports the ISP's techs connect on to troubleshoot it....

    I would change the password and everything else, and disable access to the router over Wifi. Problem Fixed. Well, the WRT45G has that option.
