I never seen this upgrade notification in Backtrack Gnome version. Recently upgraded to BT R3 64bit Gnome.

To me it feels like reinventing the wheel..if you really like to crack WPS..reaver is the original tool and fully customizable. Yes you can start from any pin you want. You just need to edit the db...

My response along these lines. I am also involved in sound and graphics work and I use Win7 for that purpose other wise Backtrack. BTW my BT is heavily customised.

use this command..

locate 'program name' (without the quote)

this will tell you the directory where the program is installed..
