Did it still work and launch autopwn or does it actually bomb? I can remove the load sqlite3 command but am concerned that if i did this, people that didn't update metasploit would have issues with...

Hey, try the install from the menu again, first update to the latest SVN, i fixed a bug where import subprocess wasn't defined for the OS system calls. I'm not sure why it isn't installing properly...
