you need to google linux password recovery, or reinstall.
Unless you installed BT on usb with persistence...
You should format and partition you drives the way you want, then install backtrack and/or windows. GRUB does a fine job as bootmanager, you can use it to boot both linux and windows.
Check the blog for upgrade instructions. Unless your BT usb install is persistent you can't upgrade.
Download it from another PC and tranfser via usb ?
Maybe you can use you phone as 3g modem for temporary internet connection ?

Actually it is available for current android phones as well, at least the Samsung Galaxy SII supports USB host. Don't know if it's by tweaking it or if it's supported out of the box, but usb host is...
