Do you have a source for a version 3.01? On the developer website there are no infos about that version.

if got the same error. the folder /boot/config-2.6.34 is'nt in the root@backtrack:/usr/src/linux/

I find only under the directory /src/linux-source-2.6.34/arch/* "/boot" directories. Nowhere...
