When i start ettercap-gtk and when i chose bridged or unified sniff my ettercap closed. I tryed all i can from sniffing and same thing.
Is there any solution for this?

If u follow instruct on BT forum all shoud be fine. When u close to end install, he ask u to automatic update you Xorg.conf file, answer it with yes. I mean he ask me so at end all be fine.
