considerable amounts of time are something i have in buckets, im a security officer lol!

i dont suppose you have any ideas do you how to sort the usb problem out do you? i did manage to get one working on an xp comp months ago without any problems so im thinkin it could be somethin to do...

ive tried the usb but unfortunately it stops booting at initrd.gz and i aint got a clue how to solve this

thats exactly where its from. i got this idea for the path from a video tutorial about using the aircrack dictionary thats built in. it said to just copy an paste the path from the location bar...

i did try looking but could only find info on adding to usb version

my commands are
airmon-ng wlan1
airodump-ng -c 6 -w wpa --bssid xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx...

im goin to try theargonlistver2.
have ya heard of it before?

aircrack-ng wpa(or whatever you called the file)-01.cap /(paste the path here. you can see the path when you look at the dictionary folder)/password.lst

hi there. not sure if you will have already realised but the live cd does have 2 dictionaries built in.
if you click home then the up arrow then pentest then wifi. go to aircrack and 1 is in there...
