I have followed some great tutorials from this site, which has helped me a great deal.
I have connected to my WPA2 network, and want to ping other pc's that are also connected to my wireless...
nevermind, google is my friend, i bashed in the folowing ad it seems to have connected:

Just a quick question, when i try and enter the following:
bt ~ # wpa_supplicant -w -Dwext -iath0 -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf
i get the following error:
bt ~ # wpa_supplicant -w -Dwext...
ok, so i followed the steps, do i now leave vmware to point to the iso file under the cd rom settings?
if i type ifconfig eth0 192.168.1.109/24 i get the following error:
SIOCSIFNETMASK: cannot assign requested address
although i noticed one thing while looking at vmware, down the bottom right...

yeah i was seeing if my wife's nokia 6300 was at risk.
I have a smartphone, would i be right in saying that WM may not encounter the same risks? or are they just at risk?
