I had no issues with apt-get when I tried earlier. I would hazard a guess that the servers may be a bit slow due to the "newness" of BT4 final.

Possibly a corrupt download. Check MD5, mine was corrupt, currently re-downloading.

Edit1: Actually the HTTP download was corrupt, I just redownloaded from torrent, MD5 checks out OK, currently...
