One hint for the lilo.conf:
I would recommend to include the statement "compact" at any point into the file. This will drastically improve the load speed.

Just bought there. Perfect service and fast delievery.
USB works for me now with my Latitude D820.
I used another stick (2GB instead of 1GB, dirrent manufactor).
Maybe the 1GB was bad (it was very slow, when I formarted it).
Filesystem was FAT32...
Same here, except that the CD is working for me.
Was not able to get BT2 to boot from USB either.
Do I need to partition the Mem-Stick with a Swap-Partition?
What have you done to boot from USB?

I would like to suggest to include the early version of openVAS in BT3 (of course only if it does not delay the release :-).

Since Nessus 3.9 is unfortunately not possible because of Licence Problems, what about trying at least openVAS (google "openvas")?
This is a GNU fork of Nessus 2.2.
