When I do:

wpa_supplicant -w -Dwext -wlan0 -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf

It says that -w is not good :/. Something wrong with that.. just nothing happens. What i'm doing wrong?

To start the wicd network manager, you need to open a shell, then enter:

/etc/init.d/wicd start

Then try to open it again, and normally it will work.
