AFAIK Intel Celeron does not support intel VT which is required to run 64bit guest.
try 32bit instead

from your 1st post, you already have 4 partition. Thats the maximum number of partition in a drive. Delete either one of them(i suggest local disk E) and then rerun BT iinstallation with manual...

i ve switch to another distro because Ubuntu 10.04 is rather buggy (random lag) and now i am quite used to it
IMHO it doesnt serve the purpose of being a pentest distro if i install office n other...
