I've also had trouble with my Trackpad and USB mouse. They don't work after upgrading to 2.6.34. This is on a Late 2009 Macbook Pro.

Title mostly says it all. Upgraded to 2.6.34 and it broke the trackpad. USB mouse doesn't work either which was baffling. A USB memory stick works fine so it's not the USB as a whole.
