Fakeap creates the fake ap's, but not all at the same time or for a complete stream (this probably doesn't make sense). I tried it out and then looked for ap's on another computer using netstumbler....

first time I tried it, it didn't work either, but then I pulled the card out and tried those commands again, and it worked :D

Got it to work :D I did what the wiki says and it changed my card from eth2 to two things(wifi0 and wlan0) it was doing weird stuff so I took it out and put it back in...

I know in the other versions it was

switch-to-hostap

but I can't find anything about using it in BT2 final.
