After 4 ours of reinstalling, breaking and reinstalling again i got it to work
I have installed BT to my Old Core2Quad PC followed the instructions and it worked

my problem had to to...

so just be warned

I just got My new AWUS036NH...
In Windows i get more AP's with my AWUS036NHR (With inSSIDer) than the AWUS036NH
But at least i can capture and inject with the AWUS036NH (dose not work on VMware)...
