Ok so I have FINALLY figured it out. I wasn't allowing enough room for the persistence mode... I knew it would be something stupid like that. Thanks for trying to help!!

So when I tried it again & got the error, again, and I tried to find a more detailed error, and didn't, but the boot error orrcurs when it is Verifying DMI Pool Data. Is that any more helpful?? I...

all it says it boot error =( when i choose to boot from the USB HDD it tries to, sees the USB drive, then says boot error at the bottom of the screen. I will try again and see if I can find a better...
