I am also in the same boat. I prefer Grub2 to Legacy Grub and want to either put Backtrack entries directly into Grub2 or chainload into Legacy Grub.

After examining the picture you posted, I see you have a Vista version of Windows (Either Windows Vista or Windows 7).
The 100MB NTFS partition labeled "System Reserved" is automatically created...
