hey im in the live cd and still no luck with qtparted. i even tried to unmount all the partitions but i still cant do anything but format them and on fat and ntfs partitions i can resize them. can...

its a hdd install so im gonna resize it from the CD in a cpl hours probly. i have a couple of other free ext3 partitions and a fat32 partition so ill c how it goes later. thanx for the help

well.... i just decided to run slapt-get and do it.. took like 2 hours installed everything... and now it doesnt work. kde doesnt run nor does flux. and now im in the terminal running lynx writing...
