sorry I'm not sure what you mean the files i mean are in /pentest/wireless/aircrack-ng/test (password.lst) and the other is in /pentest/wireless/cowpatty (dict) I'm shore its me being a newbie thanks...

can someone tell me if when i change the the password list for a new one do i also have to change the dict file in cowpatty to the same one i Will keep it as a dict file but just the same info in it...

can anyone tell me if the password.lst is the same as the dict in cowpatty if it is if i update the password.lst does that mean i have to change the dict file to the same sorry if this is a dum...
