Never had any problems with that, but i want some of the tools on my Ubuntu. :]

i'm trying to compile Wireshark 1.3 on Ubuntu with the Wifi patch included.
Patching works flawlessly, but "make" results in;

I got the same problem some minutes ago.

Fix;

go to 802.11ninja.net and download the trunk as zip.

unzip it, chmod +x the configure file and run ./configure

this should do it.
