how can i get my downloaded files from virtual box to my physical drive?

I've use unetbootin. on my backtrack 4 for my flash drive and it was easy to use. by the way my flash drive is only 2gb.

Can i suggest to have this beginners forum a level by level stage so that newbies may know where to start; its like "level 1" linux familiarization and workaround. "level 2" understanding backtrack...

before I installed BT, I foratted my HDD by "fdisk" via dos command.
