Just want to add that I ordered the Proxim Orinoco Gold b/g pc card two months ago for my laptop. Today it finally arrived and it works amazing with BackTrack 3 BETA.

Would I be right in saying that the USB/DVD version also has dictionary files for password attacks?

I couldn't find a decent password file on the CD version... or am I looking in the wrong place?...

I have the broadcom card in my laptop and it wouldn't work in BT2. I guess it is a driver issue and you would need to reinstall the card every time you boot the live CD.
