well all i did was download the dvd iso img mounted it with magic disc and then went into the bootinst file press enter twice and voilla u have a bootable thumb drive easy as pie :)
lol well if you looked at my original question i asked wether a directional antenna would work on a repeater :rolleyes: i was asking for help prior to trying this and i was told it wouldnt work......
no i just attached the grid antenna to the repeater and removed the omni antenna and i can pick up the signal perfect :) so i now know that a directional antenna does work on a universal repeater ;)
well i'm sorry to say you are all wrong as ive connected this antenna and it works a treat ;)
yes the antenna is detachable its an omni antenna but i'm wanting to attach a grid directional antenna for better gain i was wondering if i could maybe attach some sort of splitter that could...
