I did everything that you wrotes and this worked without an errors.
BUT
after I did reboot, login in root, and ran startx
The Fluxbox appeared me no KDE........

i dont have "user" directory only "usr".
in /usr/bin i have file named "kstartupconfig" but his dont do nothing...

and i forgot to mention that i n00b...

I even do upgrate to slapt.
But still this does not work and I receives this error:
(White little window) "Could not start Kstratupconfig4. Check...

You need to give that file permissibility.
