Problem solved,
streaker69 - they were configured on the same subnet:"255.0.0.0"
but thanks to you all i just realized i had to change it to 255.255.0.0 and it worked since the subnets...

cause my private network is my uncle's and he got server configurations on one of the computers so im not suppose to touch anything...
what about changing only the subnet mask? form 255.0.0.0 to...

i understand, but i prefer not to change it, is there any way to "split" the network, software side? or to make a specific route to a specific ip address?

as far as i understood it should work with the latest version of vmware with Xgl. The problem is that i didnt manage to install it on BT4

Due to an upgrade thrue gslapt which got stuck i got the following :
bt ~ # slapt-get --upgrade
Reading Package Lists... Failed to open /var/log/packages/kplayer-0.6.3-i486-1gtx...

I had the same problem just :
"slapt-get --install slapt-get-0.9.12c-i486-1as" - upgrade the slapt-get.
"slapt-get --add-keys" - get new keys
