like archangel.amael said, not enough info. Did you set the correct RHOST and LHOSTs? what exploit and payload are you using? are you sure the server is exploitable using said exploit?

did you make sure everything in the lilo was spelled correctly? Had a problem similar to this ( i'm guessing it was ) it turned out that there was a mistyped command in there.
