I had this problem and solved it using emerald as the windows manager, yo can select it from the compiz icon or with the command "compiz --replace emerald"
I think you might be using ubuntu and backtrack expects drives to be mounted in /mnt and ubuntu puts them in /media. You need to run the script in windows or from the backtrack live cd. This is how...
