my Z-Com 325HP+ doesnt work with BT3. what can i do, so the card work with BT3.

on BT2 the card work, when i type

installation:
1) make 4 partitions (with linux magic parted):...

hda1 ntfs win xp
hda2 extended
hda5 fat32
hda6 swap
hda4 ext3 kubuntu
hda3 ext2 backtrack
