I have tested managed and monitor mode on both of my WiFi nics

Firstly an old card I bought for bt2.
Xi-626, prism2.5
Netgear wg111 v3, hostap

Try using Virtualbox with the guest additions added. then you can setup shared folders

I have here a Netgear wg111v3 dongle. i want to mount this inside a can and run a long USB lead to my window (no loss of signal)

But to do this i need to "Extend" the internal antenna....
