alright thanks. the reason i ask about this is my teacher said that it is impossible to get any information from an SSL transaction. he said its because the private key is only stored on the server...

is your laptop an HP? i have a shitload of trouble with my bios in linux and from what people told me on the ubuntu forums hp actually worked with microsoft to create their bios. this leaves shitty...
