I experience this problem sometimes in both WEP or WPA encryption.
In my case the problem gets solved by stopping WICD (with the card plugged in)
and then restarting it.

Maybe a silly question, are you sure that one of these two target is the router?
I've thought it about the port 443 earlier but i don't have time to test it right now. And i believe you're right and it's the solution to the problem. :D

Because except from using the "dnsspoof" tool, I've also tried attacking with
"ettercap" and arp poison enabled before dns...

If MAC filtering is enabled the only way to make it work is to change your attacking MAC into one that MAC-filter allows.
You can do that with "macchanger'' (it's included in Backtrack)
