Not to sound my own trumpet (well, too loudly at least), the password permutation section could be fleshed out a little more (if you like). The script here (which is fleshed out more robustly by robot at the bottom - note that I have not tested that version, only my own) has been very useful to quite a few people and thus I submit it for possible inclusion.
Should you choose to, I would suggest that it is not so useful for online password attacks, it fleshes out the dictionary exponentially, but has proven excellent for targeted attacks, especially against WiFi that my aircrack cluster has been unable to get otherwise. It should never be used for anything but manipulation of CUPP, WYD and perhaps the generic password lists (might as well use crunch if you're not).
This may well be superseded by a new release of CUPP, but I haven't noticed it doing so yet.
