Forcing all internet traffic through Tor proxy

So I got proxychains configured and running but I cant get it to work, tried traceroute and traceroute -T but I dont see it going through the proxy, tried proxychains firefox whatismyip.com and it shows me my real ip.....
Basicly I need a program that can force UDP too so if you know a program that can force all kinds of traffic that would be awsome but I would very much like to know why isnt it working

What for? it doesnt force UDP traffic and its basicly tor+privoxy(for my needs) and i already got tor and proxychains(which is the same as privoxy)....
