Help : Kernel Panic Error On Boot Loading

I Cant Load and Run BT5 R2 GNOME 32bit :

ERROR is :

[2.608188] Kernel panic - not syncing : VFS : Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block (2,0)

I try On Live USB 2.0 and VMware but I got same Error

Do you have HDD installation?

We could try some things.

have you tried in another PC? Same thing? You might want to try it..
