Having a problem with the network adapter

I downloaded Backtrack 5 R2 and i saw this problem, and i don't remember it in Backtrack 4 R2 so i downloaded and had the same problem...
Can anyone help me understand the problem... (I'm using VM VirtualBox)

perhaps is being used in the host.
Try to disable it in host and then try to see if is attached in VM (BT5)...

I did, i restarted it i did everything possible. I unplugged then plugged it in. i tried disabling it and same result
Any other suggestion ?

This problem was fixed when i switched to "VMware player"
Virtual box failed to connect with my adapter.
