MSFRPCD Died

I updated Metasploit and now when I try to start MSFRPCD it gives the error "msfrpcd died with exit value 1".

Anyone have any suggestions as to what is going on? I am running BT5 in VMware.

it doesn't..i have the same problem and doing this
