Same exact problem here. ISO was d/l as torrent from this site. Since there seems to be no direct answers---I guess I can not use this ISO.

d/l the bt4-r1.iso - twice, but get a different md5 than what it's supposed to be both times.
This was Nov 13 and 14 - both times getting the following md5:
2C764A23002140B02F7DCD8BB6A00ECB
I can see once, but twice? - How often should one expect to get a bad download directly from the site (not torrent)? Is it common to have to try 3 or 4 times ?
- or - is the listed md5 maybe wrong and no one updated it?

Btw, another quick and easy tool for doing md5 comparisons in Windows is md5summer.

i cant understand. the dvd works fine but when i install to hard drive
at 50% it says the iso is corrupted
i burned the iso with ashampoo burning studio at the lowest speed x4
if i have to redownload again, with which iso burning should i do it
im referring to backtrack 4 r2

The fact that I am having trouble downloading the latest distro Backtrack
Has been downloaded 9 times and every time it's different hash
I tried to carry her torrent
The same process is having a problem in the difference of hash

up. nine times downloading but always different md5 of bt4-r2.iso
