"C header files matching your running kernel were not found. "-Error(VMware)

'm using BackTrack 5 R1 & VMware Workstation 8. When I try to open VMware Workstation, it shows an error like:
"C header files matching your running kernel were not found. Refer to your distribution's documentation for installation instructions."

On the next window, it shows
