Backtrack 5 R1 x86 and RT3090

First i will like to thank you for support if anybody can help me :).
I tried to install drivers for RT3090 2010_1217_RT3090_LinuxSTA_V2.4.0.4_WiFiBTCombo_DPO and doesn't seems to work.

When i tried to install with
make
make-install
cd /os/linux
insmod rta3090.ko

It doesn't do anything :( the file insmod rta3090.ko doesn't exist and it still use the default driver rt2800pci

Is it possible to get this working? to use original driver or not yet?

Perhaps a silly question, but have you searched for the rta3090.ko file to see if it's in another directory?
