Re: easy-creds 3.6 released
Hi Eric,
I've been having some small problems with sslstrip parsing (not sure why no-one else is - I have the standard BT installation).
In f_SSLStrip():
- /$PWD expands to //root. Need to omit the leading /.
- strip-accts.txt is not present. Need to add a line to touch it.
- The last line of the definitions file (EOF etc) is parsed, resulting in garbage output. Easiest solution is to change line 1455 from "-le" to "-lt".
Cheers
Vulpi
Re: easy-creds 3.6 released
Thanks for the feedback...will make changes in the new version.
strip-accts.txt not present means it didn't parse any password. I don't want that file created unless passwords are found. What I need to do is add an if/then statment for popping xterm
Happy hunting!

Re: easy-creds 3.6 released
hey, eric.
when i choose to enable sidejacking during a static fakeAP attack, i get a segmentation fault error in ettercap after it's been running for several minutes. weird thing is, i couldn't replicate this error when i manually run ferret and hamster the same manner from your script. anyway, the workaround is to just run hamster separately and use its adapter option to run ferret in the background.
