Backtrack 5 and Alfa AWUS036H problems

I just got BT5 installed and I love it, used to use BT3 and there I got my AWUS036H working great with a script where I just type wlan0up and wifi came up asking me if I would like to turn off other cards, and if I would change the mode, search for available net and if I would like to change my MAC on Alfa.
I think it was a script I got some help to make or someone on this forum made it. I really can't remember.

Now the problem now is that my AWUS036H does not work at all on my BT5 RC1 :(

If I type airmon-ng start wlan0 it shows this:

and if I retype it again it shows this:

Have you actually tried stopping airmon before typing it again ?

yes i used both airmen-ng stop wlan0 and ifconfig wlan0 down.

one more question, what is that "mon0" ? I never seen that on bt3
