Broadcom Corporation BCM4313 does not get #data packets

Hello, that's my first post, sorry for my bad english, i'm from Rome.
I've got a problem with backtrack 5:
It doesn't catch #data packets, only beacons; After 40000 beacons any #data, the injection doesn't work too but It isn't so important.
I already used google but I dindn't find nobody with my problem, can u help me please?
